PS3 with 120 - 160GB HDD & Dualshock3 to be released this year?
29 01 2008Rumors are something we know we shouldn’t believe in but we remain drawn to it otherwise. Maybe it’s because these gossips contain juicy information that we just can’t stop thinking about. An insider from Sony was able to divulge information that the company has plans of bringing out the 120-160 GB models of the PS3.
He added that these 120-160 GB models will be coming out with the same price as the 80GB model. The release of these models will have the new Dual Shock 3 controllers as well.
Even though Sony has released a “no comment” statement regarding the rumor spreading, the insider said that the company will phase out the 80 GB PS3 along with the Spider-Man 3 pack-in bundle.
Right now, everything is still up in the air. No official word has been released regarding the developments that were mentioned. We’ll keep you updated on the events to come.
